Goecha La Trek
Grade : Moderate to Hard
The most famous trek of eastern Himalayas. For years human kind has ventured through this pass for communication, religious reasons,
to experience majestic view of Mount Kanchenjunga and her mighty allies.
The trail is full of natural diversity with fern and bamboo forests turning into beech, birch and oak forest.
Again the big trees disappearing and silver firs and rhododendron thickets surrounds you. Come the high passes with grassland and meadows. Landscape changes between Rivers and falls
and lakes and glaciers and moraine zones.
Someday you camp under ancient trees, someday beside rhododendron thickets, someday on vast meadows,
another day on the river banks and another night under the mightiest of the mountains.
